Every Myyra piece is handmade at our workshop in Jaipur. Fabrics are printed and finished to order, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Because each item is made for you and cannot be restocked, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Write to us at siddharth.myyra@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
Colour and texture variation
Hand printing and natural fibres mean slight variations in colour, print placement and texture. These are characteristics of handmade textiles, not defects, and are not grounds for a damage claim. Screen colours may differ slightly from the fabric in hand.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the policy above applies.
Your statutory rights
Where the consumer law of your country grants additional return or withdrawal rights for eligible goods, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.
